Mom 'n Tot Box

It's that time of year again, that time where you gather a list of everything your kids, nieces, nephews, or grandchildren may like. The holidays means lots of guessing for a lot of us if the little ones we are shopping for aren't quite old enough to tell us exactly what they want (unless they find those YouTube videos and ask for all the "Hottest 2017 Toy" and you can't find anything on their list anywhere but ebay.) This year our family is really focusing on the small, the small shops that is, it's important to me that at least a few gifts under the tree are from small family ran businesses.

Mom 'n Tot Box
Taking the spotlight today is the Mom 'n Tot Box, this monthly subscription box is the gift that keeps giving. No guesses needed here, the Mom 'n Tot box curates the perfect gift for little ones up to age 4. If you are a mama who is a subscription box addict you know it isn't easy to find a box that caters to children that are in what I call "the middle age", you often find boxes that cater to ages Newborn- 24 months or 6+ so you can say my 2.5 year old was so excited to see what was in her Mom 'n Tot Box telling us she got her own mail (if you didn't know that's a pretty big deal!)
There are so many things I love about this box that makes it so I can stand behind this monthly subscription 100%.
When you purchase a Mom 'N Tot Box you are actually helping a mom support her family. These monthly boxes are curated by a mom to two young boys so I think it's safe to say she knows a thing or two about what kids like. Although being a mom owned business is a huge positive point for me this box earns even more brownie points (mmm now I want brownies) by making sure all the goodies included in each box are items from small shops so when you purchase a box you are supporting multiple moms, women, and home ran businesses.

What everyone wants to know is what's in the box right?

1. Little Sapling Toys Rocket Wood Toy Teether
We may be passed the teething stages but we definitely are not past the exploring our imagination stage. The moment Gwen took her rocket ship out of the box she started pretending it was blasting off from behind the couch. I would have never thought about buying these adorable teethers as "just" a toy for my toddler but now I see a whole new side to these adorable wood teethers.
2. Goodie number two was another big hit! Meet "Mr.Giraffe" from
This little monochrome giraffe is the greatest snuggle buddy for babies and toddlers. Gwendolyn insists that her aunties baby (big number 5, gender unknown) needs a giraffe of her own. Not only is this little guy cute, he's great for play and comforting.

3. This one was for mama but even Gwen was excited about the soft socks from
Every mama needs a comfy pair of socks and the softer the better. After a long day all I want is for someone to rub lotion on my feet and put on some socks now all I want are these socks. Lisa B socks are officially my new favs.

4. Last but not least one of cutest Donut Onesie from
If you know Gwendolyn and I you know we are OBSESSED with donuts, for Gwen's first and second birthday we did a donuts themed photo shoot, we own 2 baby carriers with donuts, and we eat a whole lot of donuts so this Donut Love onesie fits us pretty well.
I think it's pretty safe to say this box was a huge hit with Gwendolyn and will be with many young kids. Thank you Mom 'N Tot Box for the wonderful box you put together for us.

Disclosure: The products mentioned in this post were provided free of charge from Mom 'N Tot Box for testing purchases to share our personal experience with you.
