Family Fall Fun in Florida- Harvest Holler Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

Grab your kids, your camera and put on your boots to head to the Harvest Holler in Polk City, Florida. I accidently came across this corn maze and mini pumpkin patch when looking for Fall things to do near us, at first it was a little further than I wanted to drive with my 2.5 year old who hates car rides but we decided to just go for it & boy are we glad we did. The Harvest Holler is great for family fun without breaking the bank and gets you outside.
Never being in a corn maze before, I didn't know what to expect but we had a blast letting Gwenie choose which way we had to go to make it out (we only hit one dead end). Looking from the outside this maze of corn looked pretty small but even this "small" maze took us about 15 minutes to make it though, if we didn't have such an amazing mini guide it could have taken us longer.

Gwen guided us to the end of the Corn Maze where we got to see the horses & then we made our way back up to where the pumpkin patch was to take some Florida "Fall" photos. If you want to head home with a pumpkin they were available to purchase for $3 for smalls or $9 for the large ones where you bought from MawMaw's shop where you could also buy home made pie and cobbler.
After Gwen had enough of mama's photo taking it was time to go play on the big tractor turned playground. Climb up to the top with a potato sack and slide down. This was such a big hit with the kids and even adults as we caught a few dads giggling as they came sliding out of the end of a big tractor.

Don't forget the hay ride! Jump in one of the buggies to be pulled by tracker to go feed the cows and horses. If you ask my toddler she would tell you the hay ride was her favorite part of the night & has asked to go back just to feed the cows.

Don't take my word for it, if you are in Central Florida visit the Harvest Holler open every weekend until November 12th
Friday nights 4-8pm
Saturday noon- 8pm
Sunday 12pm- 8pm
Be sure to try the amazing Dirty Fries & Grilled Corn on the Cob at the Harvest Holler Watering Hole you will not regret it (get ready for a new obsession because Dirty Fries are the bomb!)
