Skip the Gym and weights, build muscle with Phantom Fit Resistance Bands

Not everyone has time to go to the gym and lift weights to get get fit and tone their muscles. As a mom I know first hand that I honestly do not have even an hour to go to the gym to lift for a few minutes and rush home to feed the baby. With that said, Phantom Fit has all of us who don't have the time to leave the house to get fit a chance to do it in our very own homes.

You now longer have an excuse like "I don't have the time for the gym" or "I can't afford a set of weights" Phantom Fit Resistance Bands allow you to work your way up on resistance and build those muscles.

Phantom Fit makes it so easy to get even just a ten minute workout wherever you are. These Resistance bands are so lightweight and easy to store that you can bring them anywhere you go in your purse / diaper bag or if you are a man stick them in your cargo pants pocket.

What's Included in your set:
- 1 Blue "Light" Band
- 1 Red "Medium" Band
- 1 Green "Heavy" Band
- 1 Black "X-Heavy" Band

These bands make it easy to build and tone your muscles at your own pace, work your way up from an easy workout and set a goal to get to the X-Heavy which really makes those muscles burn. As someone who is just getting back to focusing on my body image I started with Light and have worked my way up to Heavy in just a few weeks. I begin every workout with the light and do 3 reps of 10 with each band until I get to the heavy. I can really feel a burn in my arms everytime I workout and I can get it all done while the baby naps.

It feels so nice to get even a small workout in the comfort of my own home without spending a bunch of money on equipment that would get used a few times and then sit in storage. This bands are really great for anyone just looking to work their way up on strengthening their legs or arms.
