Revot week 2- I fell off the train this week

REVOLT

So let me just start out by saying this week I let myself down. It's only week two for me in the Revolt Challenge & already I missed a few days of work-outs. There are really no excuses for not sticking to a program if you are determined to do something , in this case it's to get back into shape then you need to hang up the excuses & just jump to it. I can honestly say this won't happen again. I am jumping into the saddle & I'm going to ride this horse I call Revolt (although this horse kicks some major butt)
After running around all week getting stuff done with the kids, & job interviews I felt awful for not getting my work outs in, I felt so bad I worked out twice as much today (Sunday, June 16th) even though it's our free day.
Now that I am embarassed to post this, keep checking in each week for my updates. 2 weeks down, 10more to go. Who knows I may have some pictures to share with you all in the weeks to come.

It happens to us all! Just brush yourself off and get back on it! You can do it!

It's totally okay to fall off, so long as you get back on! It's a process, each and every week. Next week will be much better, hang in there!

Get up and move. How you move matters less than what you do. When I was trying to lose my baby weight, I just walked with my dog and my daughter in her stroller.

I agree with Alaina, I just do it the next day. I try to use my off days to make up.

It's hard to get started, but you will get there! Just don't let the failures get off track completely!
