So let me just start out by saying this week I let myself down. It's only week two for me in the Revolt Challenge & already I missed a few days of work-outs. There are really no excuses for not sticking to a program if you are determined to do something , in this case it's to get back into shape then you need to hang up the excuses & just jump to it. I can honestly say this won't happen again. I am jumping into the saddle & I'm going to ride this horse I call Revolt (although this horse kicks some major butt)
After running around all week getting stuff done with the kids, & job interviews I felt awful for not getting my work outs in, I felt so bad I worked out twice as much today (Sunday, June 16th) even though it's our free day.
Now that I am embarassed to post this, keep checking in each week for my updates. 2 weeks down, 10more to go. Who knows I may have some pictures to share with you all in the weeks to come.
